   Our beloved Jura E6 broke after six years and 9103 coffees. We tried to find a local repair person in San Diego but no luck. Without local repair options we called the Jura US 800 number. Great service. The Jura rep helped us find the serial number of our machine. I was charged a flat fee of $360. I received a prepaid UPS shipping label by email in 10 minutes. I took our Jura machine and the label to UPS and they packed it and sent it to the Jura facility in New Jersey. Ten days later received our repaired and upgraded Jura at our door. It is as good as new. Absolutely wonderful coffee.

   I was quite leery about spending this amount of money on a coffee maker. However, I could not be happier with my purchase. The coffee tastes fantastic, the machine is simple to operate, and it is a piece of cake to maintain. I did purchase the chip to make it able to be used with the Jura app, however, in retrospect, I think this was a waste of money for my particular situation. Love the machine and I sense the quality of the device will enable it to last for many years of use.
