30-Day Warranty and Full Refund Guarantee
All our products come with a 30-day warranty, starting from the date you receive your parcel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. Simply contact us, and we will organize the refund for you. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

3-Year Insurance Coverage
We offer 3 years of insurance on all our coffee machines, ensuring your product is covered for defects, malfunctions, or damages beyond regular wear and tear. If your machine needs repair or replacement during this period, we will handle the issue in compliance with our warranty policy.

Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please note that items returned in dirty, broken, damaged, or stained condition will not be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. All returned products will not be re-shipped. Every customer will receive brand-new items. If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

Refund Process for Coffee Machines
If you need a refund for your coffee machine, please contact us at Support@coffeetechhub.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Once we receive the returned machine and confirm it meets our refund conditions, we will process a full refund. If a replacement is available, we will ship it to you. Otherwise, we will issue a full refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Coffeetechhub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided at checkout. We will, however, provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information for you to investigate the issue with the shipping service.

Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at Support@coffeetechhub.com with details of the issue and your order number.
